Red Collar Brewing, named after the red collar their late labrador Goosey always wore, is brewing European-influenced brews in downtown Kamloops. Sip a pint of Sour Grapes or Aquatic Pale Ale paired with a panini. Minors are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
